2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 291 of 2022 which was earlier rejected vide order dated 22.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21789 of 2023. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2022.

3. Out of six chargesheeted witnesses, four have already been examined.

4. In this circumstances, this application is dismissed as the trial is on the verge of completion.

5. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at
