The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No.109 of 2018, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

On being intercepted, the petitioner fled away leaving the motorcycle near railway crossing over bridge. Two Jute bags each containing five polythene containing 20 litres each liquor were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 01.06.2019. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No.109 of 2018.
