2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Karjain P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2), 334(1) and 3(5) of BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown persons have committed theft in the temple and their face was captured in the CCTV Footage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the self inculpatory statement of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78755 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 co-accused and the petitioner is also having criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
