The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No.210 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. There is recovery of one loaded country-made Pistol from the possession of the petitioner and he has also not produced papers with regard to motorcycle recovered from him. It further appears that he is accused in two other cases and both related to dacoity.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case . He is in custody for 5 1⁄2 months .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist, Vaishali in connection with Goraul P.S.Case No.210 of 2019 dated 28.6.2019 with further condition that he has to appear before the local police station of his area for a period of nine months so that his conduct may be watched by the Police. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police of the concerned district. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
