Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 436 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the victim girl is major and marriage was solemnized between the petitioner and the victim girl.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, surrender in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24395 of 2018 (2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 court below within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order and at that time learned court below will call upon the victim girl and after verifying the factum of marriage the court below will release the petitioner on bail to its own satisfaction. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
