2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiation of a proceeding of contempt against the Opposite Parties for their wilful violation and deliberate negligence of the order dated 06.07.2023 passed by this Court

Patna High Court MJC No.3389 of 2023(3) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 in C.W.J.C. No. 4728 of 2023.

3. 06.07.2023, the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.4, the Collector cum District Magistrate, Kishanganj to dispose of the confiscation proceeding pending before it within a period of six weeks.

4. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 3 to 5 duly signed by the Mines Inspector, Kishanganj, according to which, the confiscation case no. 283 of 2023 was taken up and concluded on 05.12.2023 (AnnexureR/A). The truck no. WB57D-4262 now stands confiscated.

5. In that background, since an order has been passed, no contempt is made out.

6. The MJC No. 3389 of 2023 stands disposed of.

7. Needless to add that the petitioner has forum to challenge the said order of the District Magistrate, Kishanganj. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
