ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-11-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the appellate authority under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003 challenging the final assessment order (Annexure- P/5).

3. The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn

Patna High Court CWJC No.17490 of 2023(3) dt.19-11-2024 2/2 with the liberty to file an appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. If such an appeal is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and leaving all issues to be agitated by the parties.
