The present writ application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 13.01.2017, issued vide Memo No.47, under the signature of Respondent No.4, the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-District Programme Coordinator, Madhubani, as contained in Annexure-1 and orders dated 18.01.2017, as contained in Annexure-2 and 01.04.2017, as contained in Annexure-3, issued by Respondent No.5, the Programme Officer (MANREGA), Ladania, Madhubani, whereby, the petitioner has been directed to deposit 30 % of the amount allocated under plantation scheme to the tune of Rs.2,63,460/-. Further prayer has been made for quashing of certificate proceeding being Auction
Patna High Court CWJC No.8195 of 2018(2) dt.28-08-2018 2/2 Case No.320 of 2017-18, which has been initiated against him. After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to avail the alternative remedy before the appropriate forum.
