KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 09-03-2021 The appellant has filed the present Letters Patent Appeal against the order dated 05.09.2019 passed by a learned Single Judge in CWJC No. 10218 of 2019.
After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal, reserving liberty to represent before the appropriate authority, with regard to the payment of one month's
Patna High Court L.P.A No.1436 of 2019(4) dt.09-03-2021 2/2 salary.
We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order dated 05.09.2019 passed in CWJC No. 10218 of 2019 but, however, grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned respondent(s) for release of one month's salary, if so entitled, in accordance with law.
Needless to add, in case, any such representation is filed by the appellant, the same shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority expeditiously, in accordance with law.
Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
Interlocutory Application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
