The petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 980 of 2019, for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. is against unknown. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he was never put on T.I. Parade.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2019.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76344 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 980 of 2019, G.R. No. 4451 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below; and (b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
