2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 111(2) & 109 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from bare perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that specific accusation

So far as these petitioners are concerned, they are only alleged to be members of the unlawful assembly. No specific overt act has alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Maranga P.S.
