1. Heard Mr. Aryan Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sharma, learned APP for the State.

2. Earlier, the petition filed for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner stood rejected vide order dated 12.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20299 of 2023.

3. From perusal of the records, it appears that earlier the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected on 12.07.2023 and the petitioner again moved before this Court for grant of bail on 09.11.2023 without completing six months, and hence the petitioner moved before this Court only after approx four
