1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1224 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail as the case is of the year 2022 and it has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that charge sheet has already been submitted and notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C. was never issued to the petitioner, on which the learned APP submits that since charge sheet has been submitted then accused must be an absconder.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78689 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 APP for the State, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
