The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 38/2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/341/323/324/ 325/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is false and motivated as the petitioner was very much present in the centre which has come in paragraph No. 85 of the case dairy. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has taken the plea of alibi and there is land dispute between the parties and, therefore, he may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.

No.71388 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and that this petitioner lives in a different village and there being admitted land dispute between the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM IX, Gaya, in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 38/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
