2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per complaint case, all the named accused persons including this petitioner tortured and harassed the complainant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that and petitioner happens to be husband of the complainant and present case has been lodged due to petty family dispute. It is next submitted that matter between the parties has been resolved and petitioner is paying Rs. 2500/- per month as interim
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84499 of 2023(9) dt.03-07-2024 2/2 maintenance and Rs. 3,000/- towards litigation cost as per the order passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur in Divorce Case No. 107 of 2021 and petitioner undertakes that he will continue to pay the same to the complainant in future.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking of the petitioner, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2604 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
