The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 86 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 506, 307/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding petitioner and other coaccused person having assaulted the uncle of the informant and there is allegation of stabbing by knife.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per as the petitioner is concerned there is a general and omnibus allegation of assault and no specific overt act has been alleged against him. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman P.S.
