2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S.Case No. 298 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 364, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and other accused person kidnapped and killed the victim,

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2023. This Court earlier rejected the bail prayer of one Badal Kumar @ Saurav.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance and allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to granted bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3317 of 2024(3) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
