The petitioner has been in custody since 31.01.2018 in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 17/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that certain Ganja plants were recovered from the courtyard of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the entire allegation is false and frivolous and no recovery was made from his conscious possession. It is submitted that the seizure-list was not prepared and handed over to any family members and the petitioner may be released on bail. In view of the aforementioned facts and
