JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2018 The petitioner has a grievance that her date of birth has wrongly been entered as 10.05.1975 in place of 10.09.1975 in the Teachers Training Certificate, issued by the Bihar School Examination Board. It is stated in the writ application that in all other documents, the date of birth of the petitioner has been mentioned as 10.09.1975 and it is an error that 10.05.1975 has been mentioned by the Board in her Teachers' Training Certificate. The petitioner has filed representation before the Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board for correction of her date of birth, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-10 to this writ application. The representation was filed on 09.12.2017.
Patna High Court CWJC No.8120 of 2018(2) dt.07-08-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the Bihar School Examination Board, this application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent, the Bihar School Examination Board to consider the petitioner's grievance for correction of her date of birth in her teachers' training certificate, upon consideration of all relevant materials, and take a final decision, in this regard, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
This disposes of the application.
