Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 36(1),(2)/37(B)(C) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
