JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/33/36/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioners is of recovery of 04 liters of liquor from the house of the petitioners. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also who has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and
