Mr. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument seeks permission to withdraw this application on the ground that in a quashing application filed by the petitioner before this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 88531 of 2024, a Co-ordinate Bench vide its order dated 21.01.2025 has granted interim protection to the petitioner staying further proceeding before the learned trial court in the present matter. Accordingly, submission is that there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner at this stage. The petitioner may be given

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83622 of 2024(3) dt.12-05-2025 2/2 liberty to renew his prayer for bail if apprehension of arrest arises in future.
