2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 268 of 2021 dated 28.10.2021, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120B, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, informant got a post on 22.10.2021 in which he received a Smart card of a motorcycle in his name. After gathering some information, the informant came to know that one of his co-villager in collusion with the employee of Hinduja Finance Company got a new splendor plus motorcycle financed in his name. It is further alleged that the accused has procured the Aadhar Card, Voter card and bank details of the informant under the garb of

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is an agent of Hinduja Finance Company but he is not authorized to grant loan. It is further stated that the main allegation is against co-accused namely, Sanjeet Singh, who disclosed in his confessional statement that he along with one Raman Kumar (Staff of Hinduja Finance) got alleged motorcycle on loan by the name of his neighbour informant namely, Ram Kalash Singh. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 268 of 2021 dated 28.10.2021, he shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court no. 7 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st
