Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.526 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 323, 332, 143, 333, 353, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. accused persons are beating one person alleging him to be child-thief in village-Mahamadpur and due to which he died.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to local village politics. Heard learned Addl. Public Prosecutor also.

In view of facts and circumstances, as stated above,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71059 of 2019(2) dt.07-11-2019 2/2 and considering the fact that other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.10.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No.64196 of 2019, let petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No.526 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
