2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 154 of 2011 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 498/34 of the Indian Penal Code to which later on Section 376 of the I.P.C. was added.

3. The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail granted by the Court below. He is in custody since 28.09.2024.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 7th Danapur, Patna in connection
