2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case, registered for the offence punishable under Section 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution case, informant alleged that on 03.07.2025, her husband went missing from his jewellery shop which he used to run. On the following day, i.e., 04.07.2025, she received information that his dead body was found lying approximately 100 meters away from the said shop.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation on the ground that on

No.78496 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 the alleged date of occurrence, the petitioner had telephonic conversation with the deceased three times and her mobile tower location was found at Fatehpur, the second place of occurrence and except this, there is no material to show the active participation of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and she is in custody since 06.07.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judge-IV-CumACJM-IV, Begusarai in connection with Singhaul P. S. Case No. 115 of 2025.
