Petitioners are in custody in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 311 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific overt act alleged against these petitioner which has been accepted by the counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioners is in custody since 3.10.2019. Considering the fact that there is no specific overt act

No.72321 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 alleged against these petitioners, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 311 of 2019.
