In view of the specific allegation against the petitioner that he tried to outrage the modesty of the victim, a 14 years old student, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected, with direction to surrender and seek regular bail within a period of six weeks from today, which would be disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
