2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R. itself, there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he drove the tractor over left hand of the informant and thereafter, he assaulted on his head with iron rod. Doctor has found the injuries to be grievous in nature.
