Smt. Renuka Ratnakar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Piro P.S.Case No. 12 of 2018 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner, being husband, killed his wife on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Submission is that marriage was solemnized six years back and the postmortem report, cause of death, has not expressed and viscera was kept preserved for chemical analysis and he is in custody since 23.01.2018.

Whereas learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner is husband and postmortem report indicates that the deceased sustained ante-mortem injury as there was bleeding from nose and mouth and ligature mark on neck was also found, besides scratch on left and right hand and thus it shows

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27416 of 2018(5) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 that death was unnatural.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Arun Kumar, J) sujit/- U T
