2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatty P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8(B), 18, 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of cultivating opium in forest area admeasuring 5.42 acres.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80708 of 2025(4) dt.10-03-2026 2/2 Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail.
