JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2018 The petitioners were allowed to be released on anticipatory bail by order dated 10.11.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48745 of 2017, which arose out of Motipur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2016, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the Court below within six weeks from the said order. They could not surrender within the time stipulated therein. This application has been filed seeking modification of the said order dated 10.11.2018, extending the time for surrender before the Court. Certain explanation has been given in the application which prevented the petitioners from surrendering before the Court below within the time specified which appears to be bona fide.
