The present writ petition is filed for the following relief(s):- " ...............for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions commanding the commanding the respondent particularly respondent Circle Officer, Bikram, District - Patna to immediately issue rent receipts as Mutation Case No. 4680 of 2022-23 was passed in favour of Barah Milk Production Cooperative Society Limited of which the petitioner is the President bearing Registration No. 244 of 1995 and further for a relief for which the petitioner is found entitled in the eyes of law and in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. Without going into the merits or demerits of this case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a representation dated 18.10.2025 (Annexure P/6) to the Respondent No. 3, i.e., the Circle Officer, Bikram, Patna seeking issuance of the rent receipt pursuant to the Jamabandi created in his name. Learned counsel submits that the authority had passed the order dated 17.02.2023 and thereafter the D.C.L.R., Paliganj has also directed the Circle Officer, Bikram to issue the rent receipt in favour of the petitioner but till date the same has not been done. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has given a representation dated 18.10.2025 (Annexure P/6) to the Circle Officer but till date no action has been taken.

Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities to consider the representation made by the petitioner duly taking into consideration the orders of Jamabandi as well as the directions of the D.C.L.R. The authorities shall endeavor to dispose of the said representation as possible preferably within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

6. It is needless to observe that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

7. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
