2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No.757 of 2019 registered under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to surrender before the District Court and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
