The present application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 09.10.2025 to the limited extent that the name of Respondent No. 3 in the cause title of the writ petition be read as "The Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna" in place of "The Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna.". It has further been

Patna High Court MJC No.3714 of 2025(3) dt.13-03-2026 2/3 submitted that in the prayer portion of the writ petition the petitioner has, by mistake, mentioned incorrect letter numbers and has also appended incorrect letter(s) as annexure(s), for which a supplementary affidavit has been filed bringing the correct facts and documents on record.

3. Considering the submissions advanced, in the order dated 09.10.2025, the name of Respondent No. 3 in the cause title of the writ petition shall be read as "The Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna" in place of "The Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna."

4. Insofar as the other prayer of the petitioner is concerned, it is noted that the writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 7359 of 2025 came to be disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Khagaria to consider the claim of the petitioner in the light of the decisions rendered by the Full Bench of this Court and bring to its logical conclusion. In that view of the matter, no further modification of the order dated 09.10.2025 is required. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file all necessary and relevant documents in support of his claim before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Khagaria within a
