The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 23.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34912 of 2015, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 28.04.2014 and trial has not been concluded as yet. In near future it is not likely to be concluded and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that prayer of bail of similarly situated co-accused Santosh Kumar has already been rejected by another co-ordinate bench of this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 44139 of 2014 and the petitioner was caught in the Ambulance where 45 (forty five) kgs. of Ganja was loaded

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25964 of 2018(3) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 and further the petitioner has confessed his guilt also. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again prayer of the bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, considering the detention of the petitioner, let the trial be expedited and concluded as early as possible preferably within six months, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
