2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 1317 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 376/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the prosecution case, it appears that the deceased has committed suicide.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is the driver of the family and the main accused of this case, who is the father-in-law of the deceased has already been granted bail.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 16.06.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-cum- ACJM, XIV, Patna in connection with Phulwarsharif P.S.
