Petitioner is in custody since 15.2.2018 in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018 for the offence under sections 30(a) (g)/32 (2) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the driver and he has clean antecedent. He submits that he is neither the owner of liquor nor owner of the vehicle. The petitioner has remained in jail for nearly two and half months.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for two and half months and he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25900 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-IInd, Banka, in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018 on the condition that the bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
