The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 5574 of 2019, arising out of P.R. Case No. 135/19 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41(1) and 41(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. The allegation is regarding recovery of 1539 liters of illicit liquor from the truck standing near the front of the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is not the owner of the truck and no recovery has been made from his house, hence he has got no complicity in the matter. It is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 5574 of 2019, arising out of P.R.
