2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of MJC No. 592 of 2013 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 31.08.2015.

3. Learned State Counsel has drawn attention to the Court that the matter was dismissed on 31.08.2015 and eight years later, the present petition has been preferred for restoration of the said MJC and as such the same is hopelessly time barred.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument submits that he may be granted liberty to agitate the

Patna High Court MJC No.3393 of 2023(3) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 matter as some part still remains.

5. Granting said liberty to agitate the matter afresh, the present restoration petition is dismissed. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
