The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 5834 of 2019 (arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 421/ 2019) for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 50 liters of illicit liquor from a boat and the petitioner is alleged to have been present there but had managed to flee away from the said place of occurrence and was arrested later on. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is accused in one case, but he is on bail in the said case. The petitioner is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 5834 of 2019 (arising out of Fatuha P.S. Case No. 421/2019).
