JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration the previous conduct of the petitioner as well as present stage of his trial, again I am not inclined to release him on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1165 of 2006 arising out of Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 78 of 1992 pending in the court of 9th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari stands rejected.
