Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 34/ 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged in her written complaint that Petitioners who are her cousin father in law and cousin brother in law, in order to grab her property they threatened her and also assaulted her and her son. They also started to disrobe her when her father came to rescue her he was also assaulted. The motive behind the occurrence is that since her husband is mentally ill they want to grab the property.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71171 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegations are of general and omnibus in nature and there is no any injury to the informant's side. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of Anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 440 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
