The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 329/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 272/273 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the hut and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
