2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 396/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272/273/420/467/468/471//34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a)/32/41(i) of the Bihar Excise & Prohibition Act.

3. There is recovery of 1723.140 litres of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 11.10.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81401 of 2023(4) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise 1st, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 396/2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Bibhutipur police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
