The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner herein having abducted the victim girl. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim girl, in her statement made under section 164 Cr.P.C., has not named the petitioner as the person who had abducted her and in fact she has stated that the accused persons had not committed any untoward incident with her. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that earlier also the mother of the victim girl had

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28388 of 2018 (4) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 filed one case against the petitioner and on account of such private dispute, the petitioner has again been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is said to be languishing in custody since 26.02.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018.
