Prayer is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for giving a direction to grant settlement of shop situated in Belaganj (Kannoj Bazar) of Zila Parishad, Gaya in view of the entitlement of the petitioner made as a second bidder after not depositing the settlement money by the first bidder.

The petitioner is well advised to approach the Zila Parishad, Gaya who shall consider his case and pass an order if the shop has still not been settled after hearing all the parties.
