Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is an unmarried girl and she has no criminal antecedent. Allegation is that a loaded double barrel gun and cartridges were recovered from her possession. Submission is that father of the petitioner is also an accused and the seizure list would reveal that the recovery is from near the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the entire facts, especially, the fact that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, be
