After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file an application before the District Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the District Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi, along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of her claim. The District Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks' by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her counsel.
