2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 376, 511, 34 of IPC and section 8 and 12 of POCSO Act.

3. The victim alleges that the petitioner attempted to commit rape upon her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The FIR was lodged after 67 days of the occurrence and no reason of delay has been explained in the FIR. His further

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIcum-Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
